How to Adjust the Temperature

  • The temperature of your room is controlled by the black electric rad with thermostat.

  • To check the current room temperature, Press 0.

  • To adjust the temperate press the up or down arrows, then press 0 to set.

  • To turn off the heating press 0 and use the allows to select the off mode.

How to Operate the TV

  • Turn on the TV with the JVC remote by clicking the red button at the top.

  • The TV uses Sky Stream.

  • Use the Sky remote to turn on Sky Stream, and scroll using the middle circular button to select the programmes.

  • You can adjust the sound on the Sky remote.

  • If the input source has been changed, use the JVC remote to change it back to Sky. Press the square button with arrow next to menu and select SKY as the input source.

Your Departure

We're already sad to see you go!

We kindly ask that all rooms are vacated by 11:00 am. Please note, additional charges may be applied for late checkouts. 

Once you have checked out, we will forward your receipt by email/message.

Hotel Rules

We want to enjoy your stay, however certain rules must be followed at all times.

- No parties or events

- No illegal streaming on the internet

- No Extra guests

- No Pets

- No smoking

In the event of a violation of any of these rules, we reserve the right to contact the local authorities and charge your card for any damages.

Please be advised, we have CCTV on the external access doors, and in the communal hallways with noise detection.

Emergency Procedures

 If You Discover a Fire (DAY TIME):

  • Vacate your room ensuring the door is shut behind you.

  • Operate the nearest fire alarm.


If You Discover a Fire (NIGHT TIME):

  • Put on a dressing gown and shoes DO NOT GET FULLY DRESSED.

  • Make sure all others in the room are awake.

  • Go to the nearest fire assembly point using the nearest exit.

  • Once safely out of the building, CONTACT THE EMERGENCY SERVICES (999)


If you hear the Fire alarm:

  • Go immediately to the nearest fire assembly point using the nearest exit.

  • Once safely out of the building, CONTACT THE EMERGENCY SERVICES (999)
