- Both The Silk Rooms and The Linen Rooms are fully contactless. Your unique pin code is sent on the day of arrival and works from 3pm (unless early check-in has been arranged).
- Booked direct: your code arrives by email. Booked via Booking.com, Expedia or Airbnb: your code is in your booking messages.
